Cancellation Policy
If the mediation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the scheduled mediation the date, Patey Mediation will not charge a cancellation fee if you or your firm books a new matter with us within 30 days. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $600.00 plus disbursements and HST is applicable. We do not charge cancellation fees for rescheduling a mediation.
